Job summary

M&K Truck Centers is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to support users across locations from Wyoming, MI. The role involves handling requests via phone, email and chat, with some travel to remote sites as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in help desk or IT support, strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365, and experience imaging and deploying PCs. A+, Network+ are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of Help Desk/IT support experience.
• Proficient with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Office applications.
• Experience imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting PCs and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Log requests in IT service desk system and track progress.
• Place orders for IT supplies as needed.
• Resolve end-user issues via phone, email, chat or remote access.
