Job summary

The California Highway Patrol is seeking an Information Technology Technician to support the Grants Management System in Sacramento, onsite. You will manage calls, work orders, and provide first‑line technical support statewide.

Under supervision, you will troubleshoot issues with IT systems, communicate with customers and vendors, and assist with AD-related tasks and incident handling. Travel and off‑shift work may be required.

Qualifications
