Job summary

The California Lottery is seeking a Service Desk Technician to support end-user computing devices and office productivity software from its Sacramento headquarters. Under supervision, you will provide technical and administrative support within the IT Service Desk and Field Support teams, with potential cross-domain assignments.

This role offers a hybrid telework schedule, requires IT Associate level exam, and entails occasional after-hours work and statewide travel.

Qualifications

• IT Service Desk experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to develop clear documentation of solutions and processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems is desirable.
• Experience configuring and supporting PCs, hardware, software, OS, peripherals, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities
