Job summary

Giti Tire USA Ltd. is seeking an IT Help Desk professional to provide frontline technical support for computer systems, hardware, software, and networking across the facility. You will troubleshoot issues, document steps, and guide users through solutions to minimize downtime.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple requests and operate during night shifts as needed. Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent mix of education and experience may be considered.
1–3 years IT help desk/desktop support experience preferred.
Experience in professional or manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance for computer systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
Respond to requests via in-person, phone, email, or remote tools.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Document issues and escalations, track progress and communicate status.
Maintain system performance and user documentation; train users as needed.
