You will handle hardware, software, and network problems, log requests, perform routine maintenance, and assist with setup and training for end-users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years IT support or help desk experience.
• Proficient in Windows and macOS, hardware and software troubleshooting.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or MCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level hardware, software, and network support.
• Log, track, and resolve requests in ITSM system.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches.
• Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Create and update knowledge base articles and user guides.
