Qualifications

• Experience: Up to twelve months of experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Skills: Ability to work independently and in a team, strong communication and customer service, accurate and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintains databases: POs, vendor data, hardware/software inventory, problem log.
• Handles campus-wide help desk contacts for hardware/software troubleshooting; escalates as needed.
• Manages daily functions of campus-wide IT services and user support across departments.
• Purchases, maintains and distributes printer and computer supplies; tracks payments.
