Job summary

Masters Gallery Foods is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Plymouth, WI to investigate and resolve computer software, hardware, or telecommunications issues within the network, RF system, or Cisco IP Phone system. You will assist the Network Services Team with installation, maintenance and inventory of IT assets.

The role requires an Associate Degree in IT or related field (or equivalent) and about one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field required or equivalent experience.
• One year of technical support or related experience preferred.
• Must maintain confidentiality.
• Strong PC hardware knowledge.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of PC networking and TCP/IP concepts.
• Experience with device management systems (SCCM, Kace).
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and track inventory of hardware and software.
• Set up new user accounts in Active Directory and other databases.
• Provide Help Desk support solving end-user hardware/software issues.
• Provide hardware/software training to end users.
• Maintain deployment documentation for users and IT staff.
• Handle decommissioning of outdated hardware following policy.
• Serve as backup for the IT Network Team.
• Create and maintain Help Desk tickets and knowledgebase articles.
• Maintain Cisco IP telephone system.
• Assist with IT projects as directed by IT leadership.
