Showplace Cabinetry is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the Showplace team. This role delivers technical assistance for computer systems, hardware, and software, handling help desk requests and ensuring a high level of customer service across the organization.

Key duties include troubleshooting, on-site and remote support, and collaboration with the IT team on upgrades and security. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT and a relevant degree, with strong problem-solving and communication

Qualifications

• 2+ years of information technology experience, preferably in help desk roles.
• Willingness to work both on-site and remote support across multiple buildings.
• Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to help desk requests and provide technical support for hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot issues across Windows and other platforms; manage ticketing system.
• Provide on-site and remote support, and assist with IT projects as assigned.
