Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team in providing high-level desktop assistance for onsite personnel and remote users. You will diagnose, document, and escalate issues while maintaining strong customer service.

You will coordinate with infrastructure, database, and development staff to resolve incidents, perform hardware/software installations, and ensure systems run with minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT technical support experience, preferably in manufacturing or gaming.
• PC Imaging experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs onsite installation or replacement of hardware and software components.
• Performs diagnostic testing and analyzes results to resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tickets related to hardware, software, and network.
