Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 1–2 years of experience with general computer hardware operations preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is expected.

Responsibilities

• Resolve common problems related to use of supported hardware and software.
• Gather and document detailed information on Help Desk calls.
• Use Help Desk software to forward problems to the most appropriate individual for calls that require advanced support.
• Perform maintenance activities on the Help Desk software to maintain current and correct information.
• Work on projects as assigned by supervisor.
