Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Help Desk support to end users across hardware and software.
• Document, track and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with configuring end-user PC hardware and peripherals.
• Coordinate repair of PC equipment and printers under maintenance.
• Assist with staff orientation and related IT tasks.
