Qualifications

• Experience with providing help desk support to multiple clients.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Determine next steps for a customer with a technical issue.
• Must be able to autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Resolve technical issues for customers via email, phone, or remote access.
• Assist with the creation of computer images and installation of software.
• Provide system demonstrations to potential customers.
• Provide training to staff on new or existing products.
• Create and maintain documentation for internal processes.
• Manage incoming help desk service tickets and triage with the client.
• Keep up to date with the industry.
