Job summary

Enterfusion is seeking an IT Help Desk Intern in its downtown Orlando office. This role offers hands-on experience supporting the IT team with technical issues, ticket responses, and customer service in a collaborative environment.

You will shadow seasoned technicians, assist with onboarding new technologies, document solutions, and contribute to team projects while balancing academic commitments. Schedule is 30-40 hours weekly; compensation is $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field as stated.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT support with daily help desk operations, including tickets.
• Shadow technicians to learn troubleshooting of hardware and software.
• Participate in onboarding for new technologies and configurations.
• Document solutions and create knowledge base articles.
• Join team meetings and contribute ideas for projects.
• Support special projects across IT areas.
