FIRSTNET GLOBAL LLC in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide online and desk-side support for end users. You will resolve operational issues, implement documented procedures, and assist with enterprise Microsoft products across a mixed Windows environment.

The role includes installing and supporting workstations, servers, and networking services, plus printers and KPI reporting using Office tools.

Qualificações

Experience providing on-line and desk-side helpdesk support for end users.
Ability to resolve IT operational issues following documented procedures.
Experience with enterprise Microsoft products is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Provide on-line and desk side helpdesk services for all users, to identify and resolve IT operational issues.
Provide end user support for end user-based systems and tickets.
Design, install and support workstations and IT systems including Windows servers and network services.
Install and support Microsoft enterprise products (Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, AD, etc.).
Perform printer installations and toner replacement activities.
Provide KPI reports and documentation on systems using Microsoft Office tools.
