You will help ensure uptime, perform maintenance and upgrades, and contribute to a secure, customer-focused IT environment across multiple sites.

A foundational degree in computer science and hands-on helpdesk experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science or related field.
• 1+ years of hands-on helpdesk or tech support experience.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff IT support via the ticketing system.
• Assist with network uptime, maintenance, upgrades and virtualization components.
• Support IT services across multiple sites, including hardware, network, and security.
