Cottingham & Butler in the United States is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team. You will be the front-line technical support for employees in the office and working from home, answering, logging, and troubleshooting help desk calls.

You will procure, deploy, and inventory desktop hardware and software, ensure security levels, and consult with end-users to identify cellular device needs and make service recommendations.

Job description

Cottingham & Butler is looking to add an IT Help Desk Specialist to our team. Our IT Help Desk Specialists are the front-line technical support for our employees in office and working from home. This position is responsible for answering, logging, and troubleshooting all help desk calls. You will also procure, deploy, and inventory all desktop hardware and software to include ensuring proper security levels are in place. In addition, you will consult with end-users to identify their cellular device needs and make recommendations for services.
