The role requires expertise in benefit planning, payroll, and regulatory compliance, with ongoing education and licensing to support evolving welfare programs.

Qualifications

• Establish yourself as the primary advisor for benefits-related issues and assist clients in developing tailored benefit strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs in analytics, compliance, communications, technology, and marketing.
• Provide guidance on legal compliance requirements (HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA) and other benefits-related functions.

Responsibilities
