Job summary

Morris-Jenkins is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician in Charlotte, NC to onboard new team members, set up devices, and assist with mobile and desk hardware. You will document processes and create end-user training materials to simplify complex concepts.

You’ll join a team that values problem solving and clear communication, with the opportunity to grow and take on additional IT responsibilities over time. In-office hours are Monday–Friday, 7AM–4PM, with PTO and holidays included.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general customer service experience in a tech environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting smartphones and tablets.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with users of varying technical skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new team members and setting up equipment and accounts.
• Set up, replace, and assist with mobile devices for employees.
• Help with desk moves, setups, and hardware swaps to keep productivity up.
• Document processes and create training materials for end users.
