Daymark Recovery Services, Inc. seeks a Help Desk Technician to support end users with hardware and software troubleshooting at Cabarrus Center in Concord, NC.

The role includes documenting processes, assisting the Information Systems team, and orienting new staff on systems. The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication, familiarity with Microsoft Office and EHR systems such as Nextgen, and the ability to learn evolving software.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist staff with industry-based applications and administrative tasks.
• Proficient with office suites (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using remote control/diagnostic tools for training and support.
• Ability to track and categorize a large number of requests and problems.
• Build and maintain a knowledge base for users and the IS team.
