Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in or recently completed an IT related program/certification within the past 12 months.
• Interest in Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, Windows 10/11, Mac OS, networking, and printers.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line technical support via phone, email, and in-person for the Service Desk.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolution notes in ServiceNow.
• Pre-provision and build laptops, and manage asset inventories.
• Assist with mobile device tools and endpoint management.
• Escalate L1 issues to appropriate teams and maintain knowledge bases.
