Cape Cod Community College seeks a Technical Assistant II to provide Tier 1 help desk and computer lab support in Barnstable, MA. You will assist instructors and students, resolve technical issues, and help manage AV equipment and video setups across campus.

Formación

• One year of full-time or equivalent part-time technical support experience or an associate/higher degree substituted for the experience.
• Proficient with Windows Operating Systems.
• Active Directory knowledge.
• Excellent hardware and software troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and graphics software.
• Understanding of audio/video equipment for presentations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrated positive work attitude and strong customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Navigate Windows Operating Systems.
• Provide Tier 1 Help Desk services and computer lab support.
• Troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
• Provide clear, accurate, and tactful support and advice to clients verbally and in writing.
• Log and update tickets in the College's Help Desk software.
• Apply Active Directory knowledge; reset passwords.
• Provide Audio Visual (AV) support including assisting with the set-up of video and audio equipment, troubleshooting, and pickup.
• Follow documented processes and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
