Job summary

Withum is seeking an IT Services Intern to join the Orlando office on a full-time basis. The position reports to the Services Manager of Information Technology and supports the IT organization and staff locally and remotely.

Responsibilities include assisting IT staff, coordinating asset shipments, documenting tasks, and contributing to technology projects across the firm. Travel to other offices may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Senior and/or master's bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• Understanding of end-user support in a Microsoft environment.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office Suite.
• Java, HTML and SQL coding experience a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational IT support to staff locally and remotely.
• Assist IT staff and travel to other firm offices as needed.
• Coordinate asset shipments and monitor task progress.
• Document, track, and communicate status of open requests.
• Support technology initiatives under supervision of IT Services Manager.
