Job summary

PVH is seeking an IT Help Desk Intern for a full-time summer internship in Grand Rapids, MI. You will gain hands-on experience by deploying devices, provisioning user accounts, and supporting end‑users across SaaS platforms.

You will learn to document workflows, maintain hardware inventory, and collaborate with a team to improve IT processes while developing strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Information Technology degree or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computers, troubleshooting, and repair preferred.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong desire to learn, professional drive, and reliable attendance, punctuality, and dependability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team spirit and collaboration with colleagues.

Work Location: 601 First Street NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504

Interns will work on real IT projects across multiple markets, gaining hands‑on experience and valuable training in equipment setup, user provisioning, and end‑user support.

Responsibilities
