Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking an IT Help Desk role under close supervision to support field IT needs and safeguard the integrity of Motion’s IT infrastructure. You will triage, troubleshoot, document, escalate, and resolve a wide range of IT issues.

Typical candidate has a bachelor’s degree with little to no related experience, or an equivalent combination. Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and zero years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Familiarity with a broad range of IT support issues and strong communication skills are expected.
• Experience with network gear, system administration tools, and IT service platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fields IT support calls and tickets.
