Fellows Hawaii inc. in Honolulu seeks an IT Help Desk Coordinator to support daily IT operations, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain secure IT systems across the organization. The role reports to the IT Director and involves hands-on problem solving for users across Operations, Finance, and Sales.

Occasional after-hours support may be required. Ideal candidate enjoys assisting users and collaborating on technology improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft-based IT environments, including Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with business IT equipment, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support employees at all levels.
• Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, Macs, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system access issues.
• Support network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• Maintain and troubleshoot security camera systems, access control, and mobile scanners.
• Assist with system training and clear, user-friendly guidance.
• Document IT procedures and SOPs; collaborate on IT initiatives and improvements.
