Casey Peterson, LTD is seeking a dependable IT Help Desk Associate to join our Information Technology team. This entry-to-mid-level role focuses on first-line support, troubleshooting, workstation deployment, and helping with day-to-day technology operations across our firm.

You will provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and in person, troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365, set up devices, assist with software updates, and help onboard employees.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, hardware troubleshooting, and networking concepts.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests efficiently.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and continuous learning.
• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, Microsoft 365, and firm-specific applications.
• Set up, image, deploy, and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Assist with software installations, updates, and routine system maintenance.
• Support employee onboarding and technology-related training.
• Document technical issues and resolutions while maintaining accurate records.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff as needed.
• Help maintain a positive technology experience for employees throughout the firm.
