Pride Global is seeking a motivated Jr. Help Desk to join its IT Service Desk team in Alpharetta, GA.

The role is the first point of contact for users seeking technical support, delivering excellent customer service and resolving hardware and software issues in a fast-paced environment. You will provide front-line support via phone, chat, and in-person, document incidents, escalate when needed, and assist with installations and repairs, contributing to a positive support experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; IT certs are a plus.
• 2–5 years in IT or technical support preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to perform under pressure.
• Willing to work variable shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line phone, chat, and in-person support to end users.
• Diagnose, document, and resolve incidents related to software, hardware, and infrastructure.
• Deliver accurate, empathetic, and professional communication to users.
• Escalate unresolved issues as needed while maintaining urgency and professionalism.
• Support installations, modifications, diagnostics, and repairs of computer systems and peripherals.
• Ensure a positive customer support experience through timely resolution and follow-up.
