Job summary

SK AX USA, Inc. is seeking an IT Help Desk professional to support daily IT operations at our HQ office in Duluth, GA. The role focuses on employee technical support, IT asset management, and maintaining enterprise IT systems in coordination with our Korea-based headquarters.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on IT support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, Azure, and AWS environments. Bilingual Korean and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on IT support experience in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide employee technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and office automation systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding including device setup and account management.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Manage IT asset inventory, software licenses, and asset lifecycle.
