Job summary

Potawatomi Nation in Milwaukee seeks an IT Support Help Desk Agent to provide phone and remote support for software, hardware, and telephony. You will assist end users and collaborate with the IT team to keep systems running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years IT/help desk experience preferred, and familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Office 2016/365. This is a second shift role with weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 2 years of related IT/help desk experience preferred.
• Experience in a help desk or similar capacity preferred.
• Ability to use Windows 10/11 and Office 2016/365.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support for software, hardware and telephone questions via telephone and remote access.
• Support IT Systems Supervisors and interface with departments on software & password issues.
• Elevate issues to 2nd/3rd tier support as needed.
• Document and track calls in a ticketing system.
• Operate in compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
