Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Help Desk Analyst in Mukwonago, WI to resolve hardware and software issues at the user level. You will answer calls, triage tickets, configure endpoints, and assist with printer setup and hardware upgrades.

You will communicate technical information clearly to nontechnical users, maintain documentation, and participate in on-call weekend coverage as part of the 24/7 support team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel.
• Ability to install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, and related hardware/software.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information.
• Strong organizational skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.
• Answer calls coming to the IT service desk.
• Triage all ticket coming into the help desk and assign them to the appropriate technician.
• General hardware break/fix including diagnostics and parts replacement for laptops and desktops.
• Build/configure end point systems and manage printer installation.
• Coordinate hardware repairs with vendors and perform remote troubleshooting.
• Educate end users on technology issues and document knowledge base.
• On-call 1 weekend per month for 24/7 support responsibilities.
