Job summary

Wunderlich-Malec Engineering, Inc. is seeking a part-time IT Helpdesk Support Specialist for weekend coverage in Eden Prairie, MN. You will handle calls, emails, and remote support to keep office operations running and devices updated across locations.

The role requires 3–5 years of IT support experience, familiarity with Windows 10, Office 365, and Apple iOS, and ability to travel to company sites as needed. On-site work with a strong support focus is expected.

Qualifications

• Three to Five years of IT support experience in a complex business environment.
• Experience with Windows 10, Office 365, and Apple iOS.
• Basic understanding of networking and DNS.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, with non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Accept IT support requests, prioritize, diagnose, and resolve, with or without help.
• Resolve most requests on first contact when possible.
• Support desktop, laptop, and virtual desktop images and standard configurations.
• Assist with hardware rollouts and device management across locations.
• Provide tools and training to help staff use technology effectively.
