enGen in the United States seeks a detail‑oriented IT Governance Analyst to support governance and operations within IT Infrastructure. You will gather requirements, analyze operational data, and deliver dashboards, reports, and service metrics to leadership and teams.

This role requires organizing complex information, coordinating with multiple teams, validating data with SMEs, and communicating findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in IT governance, operations, and reporting.
• Familiarity with ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, PMP, COBIT preferred.
• Knowledge of dashboard development and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

• Assist with capturing capability needs and deliverables with senior team members.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams through the technology delivery lifecycle.
• Support requirements testing, documentation, and defect analysis tied to customer impact.
• Ensure compliance with standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout projects.
• Communicate project status and findings to stakeholders; participate in reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.
