enGen is seeking an analytics professional to own data and reporting lifecycles, translating business needs into detailed data requirements. You’ll work with customers, engineers, and managers to deliver datasets, dashboards, and analytical outputs while ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology.
• 1 year of experience in Lean/Six Sigma (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field (preferred).
• Six Sigma and PMP (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Capture capability needs with customers and drive quality data and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related challenges.
• Support data and report delivery testing and ensure alignment with customer impacts.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout the data lifecycle.
• Communicate project status and documentation to stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
