Eliassen Group is seeking a Business System Analyst (Governance) for a remote engagement. The role will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, and Risk teams to assess architectural hygiene, resiliency, and maintainability across enterprise systems.

You will drive governance standards, develop data and process models, and support decision-making forums with analysis and reporting. The position offers a remote, hourly engagement with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Partner with EA and Engineering to evaluate current-state and target-state architectures.
• Analyze APIs, data flows, and infrastructure dependencies for risks and improvements.
• Participate in architecture reviews and provide recommendations on scalability and security.
• Develop and maintain business capability mappings and process models.
• Drive governance initiatives and measure effectiveness with defined KPIs.
