enGen is seeking a Technical & Administrative Analyst in IT Governance to support governance and IT infrastructure operations from Pittsburgh. You will gather requirements, analyze data, maintain governance processes, and deliver dashboards, reports, trackers, and service metrics.

The role partners with technical teams, capability managers, and leaders to drive quality business solutions, manage testing, risk records, and operational communications.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and governance documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted analysis, workflow automation, or process improvement preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support IT governance and operations within IT Infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture capability needs and deliver solutions.
• Assist in requirements testing, defect management, and reporting deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with standards and obtain approvals throughout projects.
