Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Finance IT Cost Management professional to bridge IT operations with enterprise budgeting. You will own budgets, forecasts, and financial governance across capital and operating expenses for multiple technology domains.

You will implement TBM-based cost models,perform variance analyses, and develop KPI dashboards. Ideal candidates bring CPA/CMA certification and hands-on ITFM experience in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive financial analysis or accounting experience, preferably in tech/telecom.
• Experience with TBM IT cost structures and cost allocation models.
• Proficient in enterprise FP&A systems and advanced Excel modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and month-end summaries.
• Drive IT cost transparency and TBM taxonomy integrity.
• Perform total-cost-of-ownership analyses for projects and investments.
• Build KPI scorecards to benchmark IT cost-efficiency over time.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize forecasting cycles and cost saving opportunities.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and manage multi-year commitments.
