Job summary

EchoStar seeks a strategic finance leader to drive cross-functional initiatives that integrate operational systems and optimize resource allocation. You will partner with executive leadership and technology groups to mitigate financial risks, improve governance, and accelerate reporting via AI analytics.

This role requires 3–5 years of managing complex cross-functional projects, strong communication with senior stakeholders, and hands-on experience in governance and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing cross-functional business or operational projects.
• At least 3 years of experience with cross-functional project management, operational systems integration, and AI-enabled reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-departmental finance initiatives and operational systems integrations.
• Collaborate with executives to align project scope and resources.
• Implement governance and milestone tracking to mitigate risks.
• Coach teams on requirements gathering and executive reporting.
• Leverage AI productivity tools to automate status reporting.
• Coordinate deliverables with variable schedules to meet timelines.
