Job summary

Princeton IT Services, Inc seeks an experienced Business/Financial Analyst to drive TBM Expense Transparency across the full IT landscape including Product Management, Infrastructure & Operations, and Cybersecurity. The role collaborates with IT and Finance stakeholders to improve cost transparency and link IT services to business value.

Responsibilities include maintaining TBM models, cost allocation methodologies, and reliable reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in TBM, IT finance, or cost transparency initiatives with 1–3 years (Tier 1).
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and financial reporting/analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data modeling, formulas, pivots, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead TBM Expense Transparency activities across IT divisions with consistent reporting and cost modeling.
• Develop and refine TBM cost models, allocation rules, and service tower mappings.
• Partner with Service Owners to validate inputs and align IT expense drivers.
• Maintain TBM reporting for stakeholders and communicate spend insights.
• Validate or enhance TBM allocation methodologies for clarity and defensibility.
• Refine data sources and mapping logic to ensure accurate financial reporting.
