Job summary

FinOps Weekly in Des Moines, IA, seeks a Director of IT Financial Management to establish and lead the enterprise ITFM capability. The role focuses on transparency of technology investments, linking spend to business value, and enabling better decision-making across Technology and Finance.

You will influence across the federated organization, build a steward network, and drive maturity of TBM practices while guiding planning, forecasting, and cost management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT Financial Management or IT Business Management.
• Experience leading enterprise capabilities, governance frameworks, and steward networks in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to translate financial and technology data into insights for senior leaders and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the enterprise ITFM capability, governance, standards, taxonomy, processes, and roadmap.
• Lead an enterprise ITFM steward community and drive alignment across a federated organization.
• Partner with FP&A, technology leaders, business teams, and other stakeholders on planning, forecasting, cost management, reporting, and investments.
• Convert financial and technology data into clear insights on consumption, cost, trends, risks, and opportunities.
