Job summary

Elliott Group seeks an IT Financial Analyst to partner with IT leadership and own the global IT budget lifecycle across OpEx/CapEx. The role drives forecasting, TBM cost traceability, and financial governance for multi-site operations, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and cost optimization.

You will build dashboards in Power BI and Oracle ERP reporting, analyze spend variance, and lead vendor contract validation while coordinating with Digital Transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting, Economics, or IT field.
• 7+ years IT financial analysis, FP&A, or technology management.
• Experience building IT financial governance with TBM/FinOps.
• IFRS knowledge and related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the global IT budget process (OpEx/CapEx) and forecasting.
• Develop TBM-based cost traceability and performance dashboards.
• Analyze cost variances and drive cost-reduction opportunities.
• Validate vendor contracts, telecom, and software licensing terms.
• Partner with IT and finance leaders to enable data-driven decisions.
