Job summary

MasTec's Clean Energy & Infrastructure group seeks a finance-minded IT support specialist in Fargo with a hybrid work arrangement and remote options for non-Fargo candidates. You will handle IT financial processes, procurement requests, and vendor management while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Ideal candidates have a degree in accounting/related fields and 2+ years in IT business management, along with ERP experience to support budgeting and forecast activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, CS/IT with accounting minor.
• Two+ years IT business management experience including expense tracking, invoicing, procurement, and budgeting.
• Experience using ERP or accounting management systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-month IT financial processes including intercompany expenses and reconciliations.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and Asset Requests with proper approvals and audit-compliant procedures.
• Track IT department expenses and allocate to subsidiaries.
• Process vendor invoices ensuring charges align with contracts and approvals.
• Support IT budgeting and forecasting activities with leaders and adjust forecasts as needed.
