Qualifications

• Experience analyzing business processes and system functionality across ERP modules (finance, procurement, asset management).
• Assist with issue identification, triage, and resolution coordination.
• Provide user support and guidance during testing, training, and post-go-live activities.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting efforts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, integrator teams, and JPMO to ensure alignment with implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Provides cross-functional support for ERP implementation activities and data validation.
• Supports multiple workstreams during surge periods and during testing, training, and go-live phases.
