Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, English or related field.
• 3–5 years of corporate communications, digital communications, social media or marketing experience.
• Experience supporting internal and external communications in a corporate environment.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, edit, schedule and publish content for internal and external audiences across social media, email, intranet, websites and other channels.
• Develop and execute organic and paid social media content and campaigns with editorial calendars, scheduling tools and channel publishing.
• Manage communications projects from planning through execution, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, reviews and deliverables.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop communications that support business priorities, employee engagement and a consistent brand and voice.
• Recommend strategies based on objectives, audience needs and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor performance, report results and use insights to improve content and channel strategy.
• Edit and proofread communications to ensure accuracy and quality, supporting employee events and other initiatives.
