Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a senior professional to lead financial governance and billing integrity across equipment operations. You will drive accurate cost allocation, improve data reliability, and monitor Equipment Support KPIs affecting project cost and execution.

The role offers remote work with travel to various office and field sites, requiring strong leadership, ERP proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize equipment processes and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of relevant experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required (lookups, pivots, data cleaning).
• Strong understanding of project cost-coding, accrual accounting, and financial lifecycle of equipment utilization.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce standards for billing accuracy, accrual precision, and cost-coding compliance against Equipment Support KPIs.
• Provide strategic direction to the Equipment Support team for consistency across projects.
• Lead initiatives to improve data reliability within the ERP system.
• Oversee month-end rental accrual processes and insurance allocation.
• Own equipment utilization and spend reporting; support cross-functional collaboration.
