Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years recruiting experience required with 3+ years within construction preferred.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and market trends.
• Experience pipelining for future roles and managing multiple searches.

Responsibilities

• Provide talent acquisition solutions and market insight to meet business growth plans.
• Own and lead sourcing strategies to increase candidate volume and build diverse pipelines.
• Influence internal stakeholders on best practices in job descriptions, outreach, EVP, and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with department leadership to plan staffing resources and onboarding.
