California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) invites applications for the Fiscal & Personnel Analyst in the Division of Information Technology. This role supports budgeting, accounting, purchasing, human resources, and administrative operations to advance DOIT objectives.

Under the Director of Business Operations, the analyst handles revenue/expense tracking, payroll, and procurement processes while upholding confidentiality and campus standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of related experience required.
• Four years of progressively responsible experience in fiscal and administrative support or assignments preferred.
• Experience working with management personnel preferred.
• Experience with expense and revenue account reconciliation.
• Experience with PeopleSoft and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide division level and fiscal support for revenue and expense tracking, budget tracking, account reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable functions, including approving invoices.
• Oversee Payroll and Timekeeping functions for staff and student assistants, ensuring compliance with payroll policies.
• Lead IT Bundle Chargeback operations, including forecasting, reconciliation, and purchasing for the Chargeback operation.
• Coordinate division purchasing activities per CSU/CSULB policies, including requisitions, POs, and maintenance renewals.
• Coordinate PCR requests and act as back-up to the Procurement Compliance and Accessibility Manager.
• Communicate clearly with diverse campus stakeholders and maintain confidentiality; participate in meetings and duties as assigned.
