Job summary

California State University, Long Beach is seeking an Operations Analyst to support CHHS programs with independent analyses of financial, administrative, personnel, and academic metrics. This role ensures best business practices to optimize resources and outcomes for students and staff.

The Operations Analyst provides administrative oversight for budget, processes, and training, tracks financial and personnel data, and delivers reports to the Director of College Operations to drive efficiency

Qualifications

Microsoft suite, budgeting and financial analysis skills.
Advanced Excel knowledge.
PeopleSoft experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Independent analyses of financial, academic, curricular, and enrollment data for the purpose of constructing new programs and/or evaluating existing programs for efficiency and growth.
Administrative oversight of financial, budget, personnel, process improvement and training, and program growth portfolios.
College budget analysis and reporting. Completes analysis and generates reports that suggest paths of actions for the Director of College Operations in developing budgets.
Analyses of human infrastructure data to determine needed academic and administrative support for self-support and stateside programs and growth.
