California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) seeks an Operations Analyst to perform independent analyses of financial, administrative, personnel, and academic metric data across CHHS programs to ensure best business practices and optimal student outcomes.

The role provides administrative support to the Director of College Operations, tracks budgets and personnel data, and generates reports to guide program growth, enrollment efficiency, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Six years of related financial/administrative analysis experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting and advanced Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Independent analyses of financial, academic, curricular, and enrollment data to evaluate programs for efficiency and growth.
• Administrative oversight of financial, budget, personnel, process improvement and training projects.
• Budget analysis and reporting; generate reports to guide the Director of College Operations.
• Analyze human infrastructure data to support self‑support and stateside programs and growth.
