Job summary

CSULB invites applications for an Operations Analyst in the CHHS Administration. Under the Director of College Operations, the role completes independent analyses of financial, administrative, personnel, and academic metric data for CHHS programs to ensure efficiency and optimal resource use.

You will also provide oversight for state-side and self‑support growth initiatives, with data entry and reporting to improve resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of related experience.
• Six years of related experience in financial and administrative analysis preferred.
• Two years experience in program development or management, preferably in governmental or academic setting.
• One year experience in process improvement and training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independent analyses of financial, academic, curricular, and enrollment data to support new programs and growth.
• Administrative oversight of budgets, personnel, process improvement and training, and program growth.
• Budget analysis and reporting to guide actions by the Director of College Operations regarding budgets.
• Analyses of human infrastructure data to determine needed academic and administrative support for self‑support and stateside programs.
