Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• On-path for IT degree or certifications (A+/Network+ preferred).
• 2+ years in help desk or technical support.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Assist with device provisioning and asset inventory.
